Why so negative'

I lived in this complex for two years and never had a problem. It was spacious and roomy and I didn't have issues with the staff. Of course, I paid my rent on time each month so I rarely saw management. As far as the maintenance goes, any problems were fixed within a day and I had no problems with the grounds. I mean, there isn't that much to keep up around the property. I loved my orange tree right outside my back door - surprisingly delicious oranges. Also, I saw the pool being cleaned on a continuous basis - and I used it pratically every day so I should know - it was clean.
The air conditioning was a little noisy but functional and I never even had to use the heater. My electric bill hovered around $35-38 a month, and I cook a lot, which was a lot less than what it was when I paid for air.
I never had a automobile break-in, even with a brand new car. That could be because a) I didn't keep valuables within view (you'd be surprised how many people did) and b)I used anti-theft devices.
It was wonderful to be so close to the grocery store and within bike/walking distance to ASU and downtown Tempe. The apartments are HUGE. If you don't mind living around a lot of students then it really is a good place to live!
