We have new managers and owners!
They are a breath of fresh air.
Have hit the ground running in making much needed repairs.
I saw them arriving at 6AM walking the property and taking notes.
New staff that knows their stuff.

Did Bill and Rose write their own reviews? Trying to toot their own horn? I think so, they are not friendly or easy to approach. They need to decide who is the manager and who is the head of maintenance? All I ever saw is Bill watching TV in the office instead of oustide working.

You never see Bill watching TV, liar! This guy is always outside working. Maybe you did not know thay are partners on this property? So ex-211 be very careful throwing rocks! |

Your right Bill isnt the maintenance supervisor hes one of the partnerns,rick is the maintenance supervisor and even if Bill wanted to watch t.v. thats Bill's right to do so!!

I guess poor old Bill is watching TV while working on the roofs of buildings? I guess while rebuilding boilers he is watching TV? Get my point? Some people are mad because they wanted to stay and where told no! PS: As a partner if he wanted to watch TV, so be it if he wanted to! We got your number ex-211. |
