Pure Dump!
Nothing gets fixed at all since last June 2007.
We moved out and are very happy we did!
Contact information for owners posted on this website is wrong.
Upon calling them I was told The Villas has new owners.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, the new managers work very hard. Our AC system is working better then ever and they rebuilt our boiler system giving us better service. The grounds are very clean and the maintenance service is A plus! I am renewing my lease because of the managers! |

I am rather fed up of reading these replies created by the management staff here. I sure hope anyone reading these reviews can see that.
As for the AC working "better than ever" the freakin' thing died more than 4 different times this last summer! If that is better than ever, I am very happy I didn't live here earlier. The heater is nice though. I am very toasty in here. So thanks for that.
But grounds are not very clean... maintenance guy seems nice (doesn't talk much) and gets stuff done in time. So that is very cool.
