I would like to thank AZ public record for this info. I had a very bad experience with the new management. So I felt that current residents might be able to benefit from this info. They woould say that there was no one slse to speak to because they were the owners.

I represent one of the parties here and was asked to review the posts here and to make a comment to cool things off. I see people's names being used here and people being called liars. I also see proprietary information being made public which I must warn people about. I would hope all these childlish acts will now stop. If you do not like someone, the best thing to do is to just go on with your life. Let people be and let everyone now stop and enjoy life. Life is to short for this kind of stuff.(My un legal view) So, why not just let things be and let us all enjoy life? |

Dear "legalmind". You started it all. Everyone knows all the posting on this site as of late is all written by you. You are the ones being childish and the only one using names (ie Village Green). I personally never did one thing to you and you started the slander. I am glad someone had balls enough to post the info about the mgmt. now maybe you will stop. The villas is in the past and not missed. the residents are missed and thought of highly. AND DO NOT EVER REFER TO RICK AGAIN HE WAS A GOOD MAN AND WELL RESPECTED AND YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS EVEN MENTIONING HIS NAME. SO NOW LETS SEE YOU MOVE ON AND LEAVE US ALONE.

I have spoken to some people who have worked for you. 1. The person who i believe you think wrote the money order post, could not have. a. They had no way of knowing about it. b. Do not know the lady whose name is in the post,or that she ever worked for you. c. I was told this took place 2 years ago long before the person even knew you!(fomer staff member cleared this up) d. would have no way of knowing what took place in your office somewhere else. so, maybe you need to look at someone that was there, worked for you and knew about the inside facts that only they could know? Also, you refer to a "Rick" and i believe you mean "Richard"? The person you think wrote that post only knows him as Richard and only knows one Rick. Has heard only good things about "Richard" and based on that agress 100% that he was a very good man. The main thing is and most important: That we all agree on Richard or Rick as you call him, and that we all agree that he was a "good man." I hope this puts this to rest and clears up the "Rick" misunderstanding. |
