Overall nice apartments, a little overpriced for not having any workout facility.

They do accept cats.

Deposit is $250 each for animals.

50% non-refundable.

So far it has been a physically safe environment (very important).

It is fairly quiet.

Neighbors are nice.

Everyone pretty much stays to themselves.

Moved from 2 bedroom Casita to one bedroom.

Been here almost two years.

In my area there haven't been any loud parties or police involvement for anything.

Very happy with the one bedroom.

Spacious, clean, appliances work well, stove is wobbely.

Office people seem to always be in a hurry to get renters and always forget to fix or replace something in the apartment.

Carpets are fairly old.

Only replace if they have to.

Most challenge is with the staff.

They are rarely in office and rarely return your phone calls.

Usually only respond if you put your request or complaint in writing.

Very nice people but a bit disorganized.

Not very easy to work with sometimes.

Some vandalizing of soda machines, pay phones, etc...

Once something has been vandalized they just completly remove it.

Hence, no pay phones in complex.

One nice thing is that they have cards to use in the Laundry facilities instead of needing change all the time.

That is nice and convienent and also prevents theft.

However, you can only use the machine to put money on your card during office hours and the smallest denomination accepted is $10.00 unless they fixed it.

Kinda sucks when you are low on cash and only need to do one load to get you through the week.

Dispite some minor gliches, I have lived in other areas and am fairly satisfied with this complex for the most part.

The cost for the service and ammenities is what dissappoints me.

They just don't add up
