Lived here for about 13 months...

Being close to ASU, there's loud wild parties all the time which is bearable...

BUT not the psychos who turn on their stereo at max volume around 3 AM for no reason.

I had to call police several times and had people in 2 units kicked out(instead of resolving the issue, the management actually instructs tenants on how to call the cops when music is too loud) Also, there are groups of people looking through and picking up stuffs from the apartment dumpster from time to time (there is one security guy who walks around the apartment complex taking care of this issue) Lastly, management SUCKS.

The apartment manager has all the characters of the managers from hell we've seen in movies.

She forgets about things all the time and blames her mistake to others.
