Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I've lived here for a year and have encountered no major problems. Neighbors for the most part have been very quiet and courteous. When I had problem with my airconditioning this summer, maintenance fixed it promptly and put my up in another unit while they were working. Grounds are fine. It seems the back units are the quieter units.
