I have lived there for over a year now. Since new management has come in, not much has changed. They are not a friendly as the old managers. My dishwasher hasn't worked right the whole time but it's not a major thing. Our cars have been vandalized (broken in to, hubcaps stolen, CD's stolen, bumper stickers ripped off). Applicances are old. Carpet is worn. Don't live next to a studio apartment, they usually move junky and noisy people into those! both neighbors in the studio next to us have been loud! Management didn't do anything about it. Maybe that just comes with apartment living. One thing is for sure though, I am buying a house as soon as possible.
