Very Bad Management

I've lived in Willow Creek for about 7 months so far.
The previous management was pretty good, but the current management seems completely unconcerned about anything.
They are very unfriendly and have never returned any of my phone calls.
Recently, they couldn't find a package of mine that was left at the office.
The fact that they couldn't find it wasn't so bothersome.
It's understandable if things get lost once in a while.
But, they kept insisting that it couldn't have been left at the office, despite the fact that I had a copy of the deliver confirmation signature (signed by one of the members of the office)from the shipping company.
I have lived in other places in Tempe, and they were much better.
I would avoid Willow Creek.

I lived at Willow Creek Apartments several years ago. During the time I lived there, from 1997 to 2001, the management was terrific until they changed the office staff. It is a shame that nice places go down hill after new management is installed.
