Management was awesome when I moved in and they even helped shove a noisy neighbor out.

But management changed twice...

and it sucks.

I complained about hearing a constant sound of running water in my walls, but they ignored it.

I continued to complain every other day...

finally three weeks later they made an appt.

for a plumber to come by.

I happened to be going on vacation and they said it would be a quick, discreet fix it and I didn't have to be there.

I returned from my trip to find three holes had been jack-hammered in my floor...

everything I owned had a layer of dirt all over it and my "home" was destroyed.

I had to sleep in a furnished model, but ended up staying with family in order to get hot water.

Turns out it was a slab leak...

and maintenance told me they wanted to wait til my floors got flooded before doing something about it! The plumbers had even eaten all my food! Even before this incident...

hot water went out every 2 weeks.

They eventually moved me to a new unit and I can't wait to tell them to shove it when my lease ends 4 months from now.
