I lived there for 3 years. When I first got there, the apartment was great, and the management was better. They went through 4 management company changes in those 3 years, 4 of which were in the last year. They changed the locks on the laundry room and didn't notify residents. Then when I went to get the new key, they tried to tell me that they hadn't changed those locks in six months. Interesting...Before that, I transferred to a bigger unit. Before the transfer was complete, they called and told me that they had rented the apartment I had a deposit on to someone else. I threw a fit and managed to get the most recent manager to move the other people. When I moved and my new apartment management company called to verify rent payment history, they told them that I had moved out six months before (which is when I transferred) and that my name wasn't on the new lease. Plus, the garbage disposal didn't work, the air conditioner leaked (they had "repaired" it before I moved in by covering it with tape), and it leaked in the same places whenever it rained.
