When we first moved in, there was a hole in our bedroom ceiling and the stove didn t work. When we went on vacation for a week, I left my car in the parking lot and came home to find it on a jack with the front left tire missing. At first we thought it would be fun to live in a dog friendly complex until it got hot and the whole place began to smell like feces. We went almost a whole week without hot water once because they were waiting on a part. The grounds are so over watered by sprinklers that at one point there were literally ducks living in the lagoon that had formed on the lawn outside our apartment. Make sure you don t get a unit toward the back of the complex unless you enjoy being awakened every night by trains.
