Willow Creek is fairly cheap and close to all Tempe has to offer.

Proximity to the 101 and U.S.

60 make it easy to get to work.

Any internal problems are fixed in a timely manner, maintanence staff is friendly and meticulous.

Security officer at night seems to keep people from getting crazy at the pools at night.

There is a train off to the north of the complex but I rarely hear it at night.

Good value.
