I have never seen a security guard. Air conditioner sounds like a train.
Maintenance men let themselves into your apartment without knocking anytime they want. They have a contract with cox , they are the only communication and cable co. to service the apartments and they charge a ton. The water stinks.
Good luck getting to you apartment if you are in a wheel chair. They advertise handicap access but it is not available throughout the complex.

They aren't even security guards! They are hired to "deter" criminals from committing a crime and that's it. They are a joke!

I live in the complex and I see the "courtesy patrol" walking the parking lot all the time. You are right they are not security guards.
