I've lived at this complex for nearly two years and have seen management change several times. I've had few concerns since moving here. The location is decent...near the 101 and close to shopping&Mill. There is a train that passes by, but the noise level is minimal. Parking is not too crowded (though I am still confused why you have to pay for a space if you want covered). The grounds are well maintained by the staff (though, you should watch where you do walk b/c some residents don't always pick up after their pets!) The complex is currently updating all the poolside locations (about time since all the chair were broken). The neighbors are respectful and fairly quiet. Any maintenance issues I've had have been addressed promptly...once I had ants and they were taken care of and gone by the next evening. Laundry facilities are well stocked; clothings never been messed with.

My only true gripe with the complex is when they switched over and made residences begin paying for gas and water. We didn't receive copies of our bills for nearly two months while still expected to pay nearly 3times more for our utilities. I called a contact person that management gave me a number for in order to ask 1.why we werent getting bills 2.why our price got jacked up so much. After calling every week for a month...no calls were ever returned.

As you can see, there are pluses and minuses just like any other complex.

this review is not honest i lived there and my rent is the same here as there way better management its gated and my apt is much bigger. my dishes get clean my water doesnt stink maintenance is awesome and i never have any worries... EVER! its night and day so the all things considered line not true. its horrible to live there. management there was never honest nor efficient in any way. i had to take time to tell them what was going on cuz they dont know how to do there job. always trying to get money. its pathetic.
