Willow Creek

 

My roommate and I were very dissatisfied with Willow Creek.

After our neighbors accidentily broke the master bedroom window in the middle of the night, "security" showed up and did little to solve the problem.

When "emergency" maintenance finally responded to the call, the tech took one look at the window, said he had nothing to cover it, and left the premises.

Without a supervisor, which of course was unreachble, he couldn't get anything for the window.

Both the security patrollers and the maintenance staff left the window completely shattered.

My roommate and I are both young girls, and neither of us feel safe in a community where they do not provide help in emergency situations such as these.

ALSO:

Utility bill (excluding electric) was always overpriced.

Staff was less than accomodating.

Walls are paper thin, so be prepared to hear EVERYTHING! Overpriced even without washer/ dryer in unit.

Completely disssatified! I would have given the complex less than a star if possible.
