In the last 6 months our water has been off all day no less than 8 times. They are currently retro fitting all apartments with washer and dryers(so you have to pay more) whether you want it or not. We just got a 48 hour notice that we have to move all of our belongings away from work are, or they will charge 75$ to move it. The project will last 16 days! 8am to 5pm in our apartment. They are doing a major remodel while we are living in it! No break on rent either! The jack ass manager explained that it was a hassle for the office staff as well. What an ass!
We have heard of many vehicle break ins. The walls are paper thin. And they forgot to tell us about the TRAIN that goes by 30 ft behind our back door!
They have the parking lots and drive ways all torn up because of sewer problems and they are building covered parking you may rent as well.
They made no offer of any kind to have a reduction in rent during the construction! The manager is a prick!
They lied about how much the average water bill would be as well.

Yes the water has been off at least 8 times in the last 6 months. I have documentation.
It doesn't matter if 90% of the people are gone during the day. I still don't want people in my home while I am gone. That's just what I want to do, go hang out at the clubhouse and drink soda and watch movies.
They are removing the laundry facilities. You have to rent the washer and dryer or go off site.
We did come to an acceptable agreement on the rent during the construction.
Yes, Josh was an ass for saying that the construction is a hassle for him and his staff. They are not paying rent. They are getting paid for the hassle. The construction is not in their bedroom. Yes that was a completely asinine thing to say.
I made no complaints about the rest of the office staff. Josh and I have resolved our issues. I would like to thank Josh for his understanding and cooperation.
We do know people that have had their cars broken into.
We hear our neighbors humping and playing video games.
Our front door rattles when our neighbors shut their doors.
The train rattles our back door.
I did not ask for 2 months free rent. Where the hell did that come from?
If they have the parking lot torn up to replace the sewer lines then they have a sewer problem.
I would bet there are more that 4 people that are pissed off about this.
I must say the construction workers were very courteous, did good work and cleaned up very well. They went out of their way to make things more comfortable.
We were told the water bill would be around 30$. It is around 40$. 10$x12 months = 120$. hmmm That's a lot of money to most people.

This resident is inaccurate!
In the last 6 months our water has been off all day no less than 8 times.
The property was installing shutoff valves at the end of each building and this project has been done for 2 months. 90% of the property is gone all day at work and if you were home, the property provided unlimited water for all the residents. Again, this project is 100% complete.
They are currently retro fitting all apartments with washer and dryers(so you have to pay more) whether you want it or not.
You have the option to pay a low monthly payment of $35 per month. The installation of the hook-ups is not optional but the monthly rental cost is optional. We have a laundry facility on site for those that do not want to pay the monthly fee of $35.00
The project will last 16 days! 8am to 5pm in our apartment.
The project does last 13 business days, but again, it is while most residents are at work and isn't really a big inconvenience if you are not home. If you are home, they have set up a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that is fully furnished that they will let you stay in if you are a day sleeper. They also have the clubhouse fully stocked with soda, water, snacks, and a movie playing.
They are doing a major remodel while we are living in it! No break on rent either!
The property understands that it is an inconvience, and even though they can't give everything away, they were willing to help me and come to an agreement on rent.
The jack ass manager explained that it was a hassle for the office staff as well. What an ass!
The Office staff is great and they know that it's not a fun process. They are very understanding and care about the residents concerns.
We have heard of many vehicle break ins.
Notice their car has not been broken into, they just hear of them and that is not always the case. I lived in a gated community in scottsdale and we "heard" of break ins there as well. You can't avoid it no matter where you go, but it is a quiet property regardless.
The walls are paper thin. And they forgot to tell us about the TRAIN that goes by 30 ft behind our back door!
The train is behind the property but does not pass by very often.
They have the parking lots and drive ways all torn up because of sewer problems and they are building covered parking you may rent as well.
Parking is torn up because they had to add sewer to the propery for all the addtional washers and dryers. They do not have sewer problems, and according to the Management office, the carports will be free when finished. They are not charging rent.
They made no offer of any kind to have a reduction in rent during the construction! The manager is a prick!
I challenge anyone to go into the office and personally ask for the manager and you will know this resident is being dishonest because he didn't get 2 months free rent. He is trying to make the property look bad because he, and 4 others, out of 400 are upset because they are unhappy with things in general. The office staff is great and energetic when you go in.
They lied about how much the average water bill would be as well.
All you have to do is go in and ask them to pull up the water bill amount for the floorplan you are interested and they will help you.
The washers and dryers that they are installing are great! Construction can get frustrating but it is worth it.
