In this age of instant gratification if you are unable or not mature enough to listen and be patient then please don't come to Willow Creek to live because I don't need a neighbor like you.
There's no reason to grumble and complain about the location of your apartment if you walked around the community.
Where do you think those railroad tracks run that you drive under just north of Broadway on McClintock.
There are thousands of apartments in the valley to choose from - and when you complain you are only complaining about your own choice.
On the other hand if you like where you live that's because of your choice too.
I moved into Willow Creek in December 2007.
BEFORE I moved in I heard about all the IMPROVEMENTS that were planned for the coming months.
I knew from the description of the improvements that there would be a mess and inconvenience for most of the next year.
I received rent concessions for signing a long term lease, for my birthday month and if the WASHER/DRYER wasn't installed by a certain date (which it wasn't).
There are numerous factors involved in such huge projects and the management has to deal with them also.
For the record I've received very good service from the management staff at Willow Creek and you will too if you come here with a good attitude of your own.

You???re an idiot. Let me see, I will move into a place that I already know is going to "be a mess and inconvenience for most of the year". That must have been some cheap rent.

Lies, lies, lies are all you get from Willow Creek Apts. The management has got to be one of the most incompetent or just plain negligent, or don't care about their tenants because they (management) are just lousy at their jobs as well as unprofessional.

I finally got to move out of Willow Creek! I feel sorry for anyone considering moving there - and I sympathize for anyone stuck there now :( It was nicer a few years ago. Now its terrible.

your crazy! my family and i are some of thee easiest people to get along with. kind and patient people, and we were treated like dirt and hassled with stuff 24/7! i dont know who u r but its not true. i have lived in other apts and the management has never even come close to willow creeks. the blonde tried to give me a ton of move out fees and told me that it was her job to get as much money from us as possible. she was told to get all of our deposit even if that meant lying. i had to fight for every penny which was rightfully mine. my apt was spotless and they knew but didnt care who they put out cuz it was there job to take money that was not due to them. horrible place and the most stressed my family has ever been. being nice and patient did nothing it just prolonged the issues.
