I rented a 2 bed 1 bath for 13 months and my roommate an I have had very few problems. Tami and Clint were great, even though Clint no longer works there =( The only negative thing that happened was my car got egged by some of the teenagers that resided here, but management took care of them and they were dealt with by the police. Also, the no washer and dryers in the rooms were kind of inconvenient, but we knew that coming in. Great location with circle k practically on campus and access to freeways. Never saw one bug. Great place to live =)
