Villas Apartments 50% Recommended May 14 2008: Positives: The living room and dining room space for the two bedrooms unit is one of the bigger living spaces I have ever seen in apartments. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, a dishwasher, oven, and fridge. AC, heat, Villages on Mill (formerly Place Five) 29% Recommended May 14 2008: I've lived here for a few years now. I've seen many different management companies and name changes too. It seams that every year to year 1/2 there is a change. Lately the changes have been for the better. I have Desert Palm Village 33% Recommended May 13 2008: The complex is pretty nice though I wish they would gate the community to help keep some of the riff raff out. There always seems to be people digging through the dumpsters and the occasional break ins. The one downside Villages on Mill (formerly Place Five) 29% Recommended May 12 2008: I just moved into Mill Pointe Apartments formerly Villages on Mill. I have been looking around for a new apartment at many apartment complexes. Believe me, the staff her are great. They take the time and they care.
