dont do it been living here for almost 5 years seen the place go to the toilet ...work orders are never completed the staff makes you fill guilty for asking them to complete work orders....honestly my last lease here....used to be nice ..

i didn't like the management company they were never concistant always changing staff and not following up on there word. it took forever for them to fix something and the managers were alway rude, and had a nasty attitude.

So far Great! I have lived here for about 8 months. The apartments are very spacious and come with full size washer and dryer. Also it is an affordable housing community so the rental rates are very reasonable! My apartment was clean when I moved in and the staff was very helpful. My garbage

Copper Cove is better then Others I've lived at this property for years and years off and on and even though management changes at all times If you keep your paperwork and receipts and keep up with your lease obligations evrything will be ok. Its one of the best properties in Alief although BBR
