i didn't like the management company they were never concistant always changing staff and not following up on there word. it took forever for them to fix something and the managers were alway rude, and had a nasty attitude.

So far Great! I have lived here for about 8 months. The apartments are very spacious and come with full size washer and dryer. Also it is an affordable housing community so the rental rates are very reasonable! My apartment was clean when I moved in and the staff was very helpful. My garbage

It's OK I am going on my second year and I have been pretty comfortable, except that I have some noisy neighbors and I swear they do not know how to stay still and they play their music day and night, they just moved in so I hope they get situated and stop their racket. YEAH, there

What's going on with all these crickets???? Okay I've lived here since May of 05. I live closer to the front of the building so, it's nicer up here, better kepted up. I have drove towards the back of the building and it's not kept up as much and looks a lot less

LOUD I have lived here since the day the apartments opened at first it was nice and quiet, but now there are cars with their music playing loud, when you walk through the apartments you here TVs, Radios, everything. No one seems to care or have common courtesy at keeping the noise

I have a two bedroom apt and the moving in experience was a little okay i guess. The only problem I have with this property is that I think there is a sewege problem. Sometimes I come home from work late at night to my apartment and ill smell the scent of poop. I dont know where Its coming from
