I was disappointed to see the other writer's review. I have lived here for more than a year and it's fine. Better than the average apartment. It's an older property so don't expect it to look like something newly built. But it's decently maintained. The maintenance team gets the job done but not necessarily the same day as you ask unless it's an urgent request. The place is far quieter than any other apartment where I've lived and feels safe. It's an older group for the most part, more settled. It's right next to Fry's, quite convenient. Yes, the place may be in the process of being sold. The staff have always been adequately knowledgeable and courteous, at least as much so as any of the other apartments I've lived in for 20 years. I've never seen cockroaches or any other bugs in my apartment. The apartments are bigger, and better built, than about anyplace I've been. If you are the type to party, this isn't your complex.
