i have been living here for almost a year and do to fincancial circumstances i am unable to move. so i pretty much feel stuck here.
the complex is in the process of being renovative. yeah renovations right' not really. when i first moved in the pool was open but only briefly. it ended up being closed for most of the summer and finally reopened in october. then the renovations of the club house began. while that took place the gym was closed, since it was attached i completely understood. after talking to the staff and never getting any straight answers i still to this day have no idea when the gym will be open consistently. the maintenace is not as reliable as other experiences i have had in the past. over the summer my heater kept shutting itself off. come to find out the breaker kept popping. so i told the office. when the maintenance guy came to fix it he told me to just switch it back on when it did pop. now that the heat is here my a/c is broken. they came to fix it and spent three hours saying it needs a new compressor. that was a saturday. when they came to finish on monday they said it would work just fine. the original guy installed it wrong. does it work' no it doesn't. i feel like pulling my hair out. let me just say that my experience here is nothing but frustrations. i feel like the only thing i say about this place is "you've got to be kidding me!"
