I moved into this complex recently, and as a previous reviewer mentioned, the floor plans are huge...very spacious...great patio. The grounds are lovely, pool well kept (although the lock on it is tricky to open) and the office staff have always been very kind to me.It's also a very safe complex (we've got police & fire dept right across the street).
Now for the down side - maintenence is non-existent (although I've been told they hired 5 new workers recently) I've put numerous work orders in which have not been addressed...perhaps if my toilet exploded or something, they'd finally send someone to fix it...but I've found many things around the apt are slowly coming un-done and falling apart and I don't think they'll ever get around to fixing them.
Other than that...I don't have too many complaints..we'll see how they treat me at lease renewal time (hopefully they won't inflict too large a rent hike on me) although I have my concerns. With all the "outward" renovations they've obviously worked so hard on (they just need to work a little more on the inside of the apartments)
..as I have seen numerous tenants moving out recently..makes me wonder'
