I've lived at 7700 Place for the last 8 months and have been very dissatisfied in many instances. Not two weeks after I moved in, I had $2000 worth of CDs stolen from my car in addition to a backpack containing 100's of pieces of paperwork with my personal information (SSN, family info, phone number, etc). From the day I moved in, I had a damaged cabinet and even though I had brought up the issue, it has yet to be fixed (8 months for the world's most rare cabinet veneer supposedly). The water isn't seculsive to each building, the entire complex is on one system. When there is a malfunction in one part of the complex, everyone's water gets shut off. I'm in the military and have crazy hours, and have physical training alot. It's impossible to get a shower when they keep turning off all the water. The water is turned off on average 1-3 times a month. The grounds aren't as well kempt as they should be. There is garbage throughout the lawns and in the entry ways to the apartments. The pool is often dirty, with things floating in the water nearly everytime I go to the pool. The windows are poor for noise reduction and insulation. They rattle when the door is closed.
