The only things I can say about Acacia Hills that are positive is that management were always friendly and maintenance got things done when they needed to be done. Other than that nothing else. You do get what you pay for in size. Our car was broken into twice. Nothing but noisy neighbors that never got into trouble for it. Had a bug problem and had to have them spray all the time. They would come under the poorly weather stripped door. People used the parking lot as a main road so constant noise. As soon as we could afford something better we got the hell out!!
