The bottom line is that Altamira is an excellent community. The grounds are great and the views are the best. The price is very competitive also. My only complaint is that you can definitely hear your neighbor above if you live on the ground floor although if you don't you won't ever hear anything. Besides that the mangement and maintaince was extremely professional and friendly. Again this is an extremely good community and my stay here was nothing but good.
