I have lived at Altamira since 2002, a year after arriving in Tucson and moving to a horrible student-living complex down the road (Northpointe). It's a nice mission-style complex and it's clean and very well maintained. Everyone on the staff is wonderful and helpful and they really care about the residents. It is on the boundary of the Catalina Foothills, a beautiful location, and it sits like a fortress up on a hill. I have always felt safe here and they are very pet friendly. I will miss living here and I hope who ever rents my apartment enjoys it as much as I have!
