Becareful when you move out. Check your lease

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
We moved out in December 2003, because the place sucked. We had a police raid on the apartment next to ours and we were told there was nothing going to worry about.



My concern is that when you do move out. Make sure that all your mail that you can remeber, book clubs, magazine or anything gets a change of address. This is important because they don?t send the packages back to the post office, when they are dropped off at the office and when they do it is 4 months later and the contents are missing. Doesn?t sound fair to me.



Please avoid this place at all cost. The only decent thing about Phase II is that it is in a very good School district. Mind you the side of the complex with the office is a whole other district
