I just moved in to this apartment about 3 months ago and I am already have problems with the management. I know about anyone else, but when I move into an apartment, there are certaint things that I expect, like being able to open your drawers or having a clean bath tub when you move in. My roommate and I have gone to the office several times to have these things fixed and it has been almost 3 months. We finally got tired of it and fixed what we could and then went to the manager about the rest. He was very unhappy about our complaints and assured us that the problems would be fixed that week. Maintenance did come the next day, however, they could not fix anything because they were all out of the parts. They told us that they would be back as soon as they came in, but that was 3 weeks ago. Don't get me wrong, these are very nice apartments, there are beautiful grounds and very nice neighbors, but like I said before, if you want something fixed, you have to do it yourself. They would be alot better if they had different management.
