Nightmare at The Arboretum

I have lived here for a little over six months, and my husband and I are already looking for alternatives at the end of our lease. Maintenence is horrible - it took them almost two months to fix the air conditioning ( the average temperature in the apartment was 80). On the phase 2 side, where I live, it smells like urine and who knows what else by the mail boxes. Some of the tenants are noisy, rude and could really care less if they disturb you. If you live in a bottom floor apartment, be prepared to hear EVERYTHING going on above you and next to you, especially in the master bedroom. Examples of EVERYTHING include: alarm clocks, people talking, vaccumming, walking, running water (from toilets being flushed, sinks being used, washer), radios...you name it, you can hear it.
Don't let the exterior fool you, or the inside either, for that matter, you don't notice all of the "querks" (if you can call them that) until after you move in. I wish my husband and I had never chosen this place. It has been a nightmare and we can't wait to get out of here.
