Nice Location

The only reason we left was because we needed to live on a bus line and we found a cheaper rent elsewhere.
Overall, I felt it was safe(gated community), nice area, beautiful landscaping. The pools were great! Laundry facilities and weight room were nice. Neighbors can be loud sometimes. We had a neighbor downstairs that had loud fights with his girlfriend. She threw something at him and broke a window and the window stayed broken for like 2 months until they "moved out" (bolted in the middle of the night). I thought management should have noticed that and repaired it right away, but they didn't. After those two moved out, the place was relatively quiet and nice.
It's not a place you'd live for years and years, but it's nice enough if you've never lived in Arizona and it's your first place there. Beautiful views of the Catalina mountains and it's just down the road to Sabino Canyon (a nice park to jog/walk). Plenty of supermarkets nearby.
Not near any buses or public transportation, so you will need a car for sure. Office staff okay, but stay on top of them about packages that they sign for that won't fit into your mailbox. They just toss em in the back room and forget about them, basically.
