The problems we have encountered while living here are multiple and ongoing:
-Noise from people in the pool at 3:00 a.m. (Nobody comes to stop it, despite phone calls to the after-hours line. In fact, the woman who answered told us it was it was our responsibility to call the police.)
-Pool maintenance is terrible (and unsafe!). The pool often looks green.
-Broken closet door (it was never fixed properly, despite multiple requests), roof leaks (they never came to fix them, despite multiple requests), etc. Obviously, the materials and appliances they used were of poor quality. (Our ceiling even slants downward!)
-Noise from neighbors (you can hear everything through the walls and floor).
-Trash and dog feces scattered throughout property. Landscaping is not kept up.

And the worst is:
-Lack of respect from staff members, and, shockingly enough, downright RUDENESS. They act as though they are doing you a *favor* by allowing you to live there.

I could go on, but I think this is enough to discourage anyone from moving in.
