This place is nice depending on what your looking for. If your looking for a real quiet place this is not the place for you. Kids and animals outnumber adults 3 to 1. Late night partying by the pool is not uncommon. But I will say the apartments are nice and affordable, parking is plentiful which is rare and if you want a pet, you can't beat the price here. I guess that's why so many people have dogs here. Beautiful scenery but a rough drive if you work anywhere but the NE part of Tucson. So it's not all bad or all good. Apt/price/pet fee/parking is good and noise level/maintenance/staff is marginal. So weigh your decision on whats important. Not bad here and I feel alot safer here than i would in the middle of Tucson
