think twice, even three times before you move in

Let me say that the office staff is not all bad or all rude, but the concern for residents comfort and safety is sadly lacking. Many of the exterior lights are out an have been for many months making hazardous to walk around at night. Outside maintainance is marginal, but I have had good response to inside needed repairs. There are many dogs here and most owners do not bother to put their pets on a leash to walk them and even fewer have the consideration to clean up after their animals, so yes, as someome els has said there is crap everywhere and it is a constant problem. Pool upkeep is marginal at best and has even been done by frustrated tenants in an effort to keep the pool from turning green. As for the spas they are constantly broken. There are lots of apartments in Tucson, I do not think the Arboretum should be anyones first choice.
