There are so many dissatisfied people living here that I can no longer justify the behavior of the management as "maybe it's just me". Not only are they completely RUDE and even MORE incompetent, but they are STUPID as well. When asking why something was not completed the reason given was, "Well, we do have 500 apartments here." REALLY' Is that an excuse' I believe that if they cannot handle the "500 apts" that were OBVIOUSLY here when they took that job....(this is the manager who said this to me) that perhaps they shouldn't have taken the position. It is ludicrous to me that my friend's a/c has been leaking for THREE YEARS now, not to mention that my roof leaks water through my a/c unit when it rains and I live on the BOTTOM floor. (They "fixed" that for me two months ago). Landscaping is only done at the front of the complex, and rarely if ever at the back half of the property where I live and walk through PILES of moldy pollen every day.The outdoor lights are often found on the ground and/or not working. When I renewed my lease(not enough money to move) I did receive new vinyl flooring at my request, however it was applied right on top of my OLD vinyl!!! This definitely explains why there is MOLD coming from BENEATH the caulking in my shower...they probably caulked right over the old mold there too......VERY DISTURBING! I would look elsewhere if you can possibly afford it.....knowing what I do now I would not have moved in. Layout is nice....but certainly not worth the non-monetary price you are forced to pay. Plus with the largely discounted move in specials the neighbors have become more than a bit scary. All four wheels were stolen off of my car in my "gated community" and when the office was informed the girl in the office who was like ten said "wow....that really sucks". Do yourself a favor and keep looking!
