Not worth the money or your sanity.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved my family to this place in March 2004. (1)The first five days we were there we didn't have any heat. It took their "Ace" maintenance crew that long to figure out how to fix it. In the meantime I had to buy firewood every evening and my wife, daughter, and myself slept on our futon in front of the fireplace for a week.
(2)Every resident has an assigned covered parking spot. For the first two months ours was occupied by someone who felt it was okay to park there. The management suggested that we leave a nice note requesting they don't park there anymore. Upon doing so, they moved their car. The next day we found our car keyed from bumper to bumper.
(3)Cockroaches!! Need I say more'
(4)My car was broken into three times in two months. This place claims to be a gated community with night patrol. How convenient that all three times my car was broken into, the gates weren't working. (by the way, they don't really have night patrol, it's just something they say to make their residents feel good).
(5)There were painters on the grounds for several days straight. One night my wife and I came home from work to find that one of the painters had let himself in to have a bowel movement in my bathroom. I suppose it wouldn't have been such a big deal if he had bothered to flush.
The management was a congregation of idiots who were never bothered answering the phone, and when they did you got nothing but attitude from them. They are worthless.
