Run for your life, looks can be deceiving...It is not worth the amount of money you have to pay!! Then to have to deal with rude management is just not acceptable. Unprofessional manager. Also, I had parking problem. It was so far from my apartment. But some others have very near parking spot. It's impossible. Not recommended.

When they say "new management" they mean NEW. Colleen, the excellent manager, who started to straighten out things, is now gone. As is all of the maintenance staff. A whole new crew. Is this an indication of what is to come? Look at comment above.

There is another new manager, and she seems excellent. When it comes to the office staff, remember that the American paradigm for business is to hire the cheapest "unit" that you can. An old addage is that you get what you pay for. Additionally, most office staff are "leasing agents" and not customer service. They get paid minimum wage and a bonus for each signed lease. Therefore, their impetus is to get new leases and not take care of current tenants. I have found that going to see the manager suffices, as she is competent and addresses all situations to the best of her ability, within her limited scope of allowed actions. In other words, if something has not been satisfactorily resolved, go see Jackie and she will take care of it.

Jackie is no better. She is just as useless as the rest of the staff. This complex as gone down hill big time. Stay somewhere else!

This is the worst place I have lived. DO NOT rent here. Staff is HORRRIBLE!!!
