Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
I moved in 7/06, management was effective but rude. The apartment had broken blinds, patio door that wouldn't shut and a refrigerator with uneven shelves. I reported it upon initial inspection and was told I would have to be in line for repair. The line took 2 weeks. Then the management changed to the worst I've ever seen. I rented the clubhouse under previous management and the new management tried to say I never put down a deposit, and I had to get a copy of the actual cancelled check from my bank. During this whole process I was treated poorly. Their is a man in the office who snaps at you and rolls his eyes ifhe thinks it is a stupid question. I was not given my mail unless I had 2 forms of ID. Then the mail box key broke and I did not have access to my mail until...yes you guessed it, I was put on the list to get a new key. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. I was able to use the hot tub for 2 weeks out of 4 months, because there was always something wrong and they had all kinds of excuses which varied from client to client. No bugs for me. They do have some noise issues. I always had to listen to my neighbors having sex.
