As of April 2007, the roach infestation is still alive and well..

During the last major bout of rainfall a few weeks ago, we discovered that the cracks in the building that were causing water to leak into our bedroom had never really been fixed as management had assured us..And now monsoon season is coming..

My car was damaged by the landscaping company blowing gravel onto it at high speed with the leaf-blower, and management (-----) was completely unhelpful and failed to even show even the most basic business etiquette (i.e. not returning multiple phone calls..Ultimately this is the fault of HSL Properties, who fail to adequately hire, train and supervise their management staff. Alternatively, maybe all the fancy mission statements on their website are a bunch of BS and they really just don't give a **** either, and transmit this philosophy to their staff..

Once you sign a lease here, you will likely become another insignificant tenant to be ignored and mistreated.. Good luck if you decide to move in anyway, we have finally had enough and are moving out within the month..
