I have lived in apartment communities in 3 different states and this one by far is the worst. The walls are so thin here I can hear the people below me having sex even when they try to be quiet and when they talk it's like we're all in the same room.
The management makes a big deal about asking permission to enter for maintenance things but they issue mandatory "inspections" of the apartments whether you like it or not which is just an excuse for them to find you doing something they don't like and fine you. If you're going to do that call it what it is and let residents know before they sign a lease.
As far as parking, this isn't a management issue directly but the assigned spots are so far away that the residents park in the guest spots so there is no extra parking for people to have guests over so usually people have to drive around to find a spot before parking in the gravel outside the gates even with tons of covered spaces empty.
There are leaks in the roofs that they don't fix and the management tends to talk to you like you are an idiot and give each other looks and roll their eyes right in front of you when you ask about things.
