I moved here from out of state, and had never seen the property before moving in. we did everything online and over the phone. Even then, the staff here seemed rather rude and not very friendly. Even though we met all the requirements for moving in, they seemed rather hesitant to move things along for us. They took weeks to veryify employment and other trivial things like that. Then when we arrived, we found that our apartment was located directly across from the leasing office! It is quite a walk to the laundry room, so we load up our car and drive there. Even then it costs about $5 - $10 a week for laundry. I would say the worst part about this apartment is that it is WAY TOO CORPORATE! They just dont have a heart when it really comes down to it! I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who doesn't have a lot of money, because they will rape you with late fees! In my eyes it is a CORPORATE NIGHTMARE and if you want any privacy DONT LIVE HERE!
