First off to all of these residents that are always complaining about late fees. There are many reasons why there are late fees and why they are so outrageous. The bottom line is DO NOT BE LATE!!!! If just 10% of the residents were late, this would cause a huge financial hardship on this community. People do not always see or want to see the reasonin(s) behind late fees. With that said...I feel this is a wonderful community and I have lived here for about 4 mos. Though I am very upset with the roaches there is not to much one can do. The one thing I feel they really need to work on is better customer service. Overall on a scale of 1 - 10, I would have to rate them a 7. It really is a nice community and for the most part it has been just fine!!!!!! I would certainly recommend this apt community to anyone so long as you do not fear ROACHES!!!!!!!! I am sorry but that is the truth..
