I was searching all over Tucson before I found this place. This is by far the nicest. Are there some problems' Of course, but for the price and location, it's hard to beat. The apartments are decent sized and I really like the grounds. The views of the Catalinas are awesome. Parking can be a hassle and the maintenance staff could be better. Most of the neighbors are respectful, a few younger partiers are annoying. Overall, I like it here and would recommend this place to my friends.
