Im trying to think of the plusses about living there, but there really arent many. They have two pools and two hot tubs, but neither of the hot tubs worked most of the two years i was there. There is dog crap eveywhere and the landscape needs better upkeep. THere are allways plumming problems, they turn off the water pretty often to work on it. Late fees are rediculouse. They take weeks to get back to you for maintenance, youll have to keep reminding them because they dont care to remember. When is came to moving out, they went into my appartment, without asking and had it cleaned and everything while it was still moveing my things out! I had left a bunch of pots and pans there that dissapeared the same time i realized that the carpets and been cleaned. I told management and they were sooo rude, the managemnt treated me like i was trying to scam them or something! They acted like i was claiming that they went in without permission and had stolen some of my things. Needless to say, they delt with the problem terribly, i never got my pots n pans back (must have just vanished into thin air) or my deposit.

good review - about the same experience I had when I lived there from 2004-2005; glad they are taking these reviews so seriously.
