I have lived here at the Arboretum for the last 2-1/2 years and I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. This has more than just a place to hang my hat. I have made so many friends here that I am never without something to do or someone to see. The swimming pool area is always nice and clean and the new treadmills in the weight room are going to get me into shape for the summer. I love the neighborhood and I take my dog for walks each evening. The foothills atmosphere is so peaceful and quiet and I always feel safe and secure in my beautiful apartment.

Until I can actually afford to purchase my own home, I have found the next best thing...and I'm staying put!

Apparently, you work for the Management Company because, there is no way this is from a real tennent. This is Hilarious !!!

For sure written by management! The Arboretum is a nightmare, one of the worst rental experiences of my life! Cockroaches, noisy and disrespectful neighbors, water cascading into my bedroom during monsoons, dangerous dog breeds walking around leashless (watch your kids!) You name it..The Arboretum's owners, management company and staff are almost comical in their incompetence!

The office staff are paid to get people to move in. Do what ever it takes to get people to move in. You have a pet aligator, well, its not on my list, so OK. I don't find many quality apartments in Tucson. There are plenty far worse than this one. But if you walk around here, bring dog repellant. You will never see as many large animals walking around loose as you will here, except for the San Diego Zoo. Ask the management about the large animals and they will say: "What rottweiler? what doberman? "
