I'm currently a resident here, and if there is any management that reads this, I think you guys should have a complaint box/ or hand out pamphlets so we can reveiw our experience.
First off this is the most unprofessional "catty" staff. They gossip about tenants. With the exception of the new assistant manager, who is actually kind of professional. Pool is always broken/dirty. It took maintenance 3 hours to fix my broken AC in the middle of the summer. There is a lack of communication within the staff. I've had staff enter my apt without my permission/ for no good reason.
I've had staff share personal information about me.
Cigarettes in the pool, broken gym equipment. Thin, thin walls. Everything seems great on first visit, but after ahwile cons outweigh the pros.

***** Dontbefoolby the claims of free wireless, first off it rarely works, can't tell you how many times i've lost schoolwork research due to it randomly shutting down. At least each half hour. Also you have to be outside in the pool area, where kids are splashing around, not safe for a laptop, but it only works there. Also when the internet shuts down you have to call help desk, which closes at 4 or 5 o'clock. In other words if there is a problem at night (when it the most convenient to be there due to the 100 degree temps outside) you're screwed.

OH MY GOD!!!!!! THREE HOURS TO FIX YOUR A/C? Get a grip you moron....You are probably not the only resident in the apartment complex And something that may help you,,,,set your computer to autosave dumbass

I think it is interesteing that when people have complaints, the fanboys of a complex like to belittle the complainer by calling them names. Here's a hint: if you want to help the complex that you own absolutely not profitable interest in, sound INTELLIGENT. That means, make an objective statement, present your case, give good points about the property, and cease attacking the unsatisfied tenant. Because of your replies, I have chosen to side with the tenant complaining and stay away from this property. Especially if tenants like the above live there.
