Rarely are problems apparent in the first month or two of moving in so it's a useless post anyway. How can one really love it anywhere without any time spent there? I don't really care how your first 3 days were, tell me how it's going in a year or two.

I lived there for about 8 years - other than: 1. uphill and downhill walking to laundry and parking 2. no washer/dryer or hookup 3. outdoor storage (packrats) 4. Windows only on one end of apt. it is an excellent place to live - gorgeous landscaping and desert to walk in, dogs ok, one of better neighborhoods in foothills with great stores and restaurants nearby. Can't do better for the price.

This is a fake review, or you just haven't lived here for very long. Wait and see! This was the very worst apt. I've ever lived in. Horrible staff, theft, loud dogs and a very inconvenient part of town. If you are looking into moving here do not base you decision on this fake post. You can get a better apt, with a loft and a great veiw downtown. There are better foothills apts also. I've since moved, but if you want info about my experience there, just email me.

Wow all of guys who complain are so sad. Get over yourselves, your poor hard lives living in these apartments I'm sure have nothing to do with them but more to do with yourself. I find it hard to believe you will be satisfied anywhere! Move out if you hate it so much, we don??????t need neighbors like you anyway.
