The current Mgr (Debbie) is one you can't trust at all!!!
She picks "favorite" tenants over all the rest; if you have a complaint, she labels you as a "Troublemaker" and sends Certified Letters to you, indicating numerous complaints against you by your neighbors ... yet, you are never told who the complainers are so that you can rectify the situation.
Debbie has been alerted numerous times to the fact that this place needs alot more "Security" lighting around the entire complex.
Yet, this goes unheeded as she doesn't live here; tells everyone we have security (it's one of those "drive-thru-once-a-night" security companies) ... but, we still have alot of drug activity, including stolen vehicles each month.
Maintenance is an absolute joke -- "Steve" is Debbie's favorite maintenance guy and he follows her from complex to complex, simply because he's a "Yes" man ... but, he also tells Debbie everything he see's and hear's, irregardless whether it's true or false.
In short -- many people here feel they would have more freedom and happiness in a PRISON!!!

This is absolutely true of the Manager (Debbie); she doesn't care about the property nor the tenants as a whole -- her one and only concern is to keep the units rented, as she gets a bonus for new people, and a bonus when she raises your rent!!!

Agreed 100%...she is unscrupulous and only cares about the money she can charge and the money she can save. true about Steve too. They are quite a pair.
