When you go to apply for an apartment here they advise you they have to do a back ground check before they can approve you. Well recently one section of the complex was raided by the Tucson police and many other departments of law enforcement looking for a convict.

He was a drug dealer, etc. He was making threats to kill his roommate and a neighbor overheard them and called 911. They had been looking for the gentlemen for several weeks. Everyone in that area of the complex were lucky he did not start shooting and kill some inocent people. If the management had really checked him out they would have known he was a drug dealer and criminal.

The manager has no idea how to handle situations and only listens to a few of her favorite tenants. She is rude, could care less about the tenants and their safety just as long as she rents the apartment. I have never been treated as rudely in my life as I am treated here. They never want to fix anything. The manager never has time to talk to her tenants unless they are a friend of hers.

My advise to anyone thinking of moving here ot think twice before doing it. Drugs dealers are all over the complex and this is not the first incident where police have come with guns drawn into this complex.

I agree about the Manager...she is so rude...she is overbearing and thinks she knows it all. She doesn't listen unless you are a "cool" friend...but overall she doesn't really care about her residents...even tho their ad says "WE LOVE OUR RESIDENTS" what a joke. There are many better places to live than here.

totally agree and now the sign reads voted #1 on the east side what a joke the ratinng here is 40
